SHIPPING

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? - Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of receipt of all information and cleared. Dependant on where you're located, orders customarily arrive within 5-7 business days thereafter. Special Orders like custom chandeliers or wall art glass will customarily arrive within 8-15 business days but can take up to 8 weeks or longer.

EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE AVAILABLE - Should you require express shipping, simply contact us via email or telephone and we will work closely with you to meet your needs. Free Shipping applies to Continental US Only. In the unlikely event your item is out of stock, you will be contacted with estimated backorder date or you may select another item.  If we don't have an item which meets your unique needs, we will gladly issue a complete refund.

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY- Due to the delicate nature of glass and an effort to minimize potential damage during the shipping process, 1020GlassArt carefully packages each item in a gift box surrounded by filler (e.g. peanuts) and is then placed into another box. This "Double box" approach provides additional assurance your gift will arrive intact.

DAMAGE/MISSING CLAIM – All items are insured and tracked when shipped. If your item(s) arrive damaged, keep all packing materials for shipping carrier, contact 1020GlassArt within 10 days from receipt of delivery date by email and/or telephone. We require pictures of packaging and the item(s) damaged for verification. If your item does not arrive from carrier, you must alert 1020GlassArt.   We will make every effort to locate and reclaim your lost package. We will ship a replacement upon confirmation of reported information.  If damaged/missing item is not able to be replaced, then another item of the same value (of your choice) will be shipped.  If this new item varies in price from the original, 1020 Glass Art will either charge or refund the difference.

 

RETURNS

REFUNDS & PROBLEMS - Our goal is your complete satisfaction, continued patronage, and positive word-of-mouth recommendation. Each item is inspected prior to shipping for chips, scratches and breaks and then carefully packed and shipped. 1020GlassArt provides a SIMPLE REFUND POLICY should the item be damaged or if you are not otherwise satisfied.  Please note that all orders are subject to product availability. In the event your item is momentarily unavailable, you’ll be quickly be notified and we'll let YOU decide if you would like to wait or receive a refund.  We want you happy!

SIMPLE REFUND REQUEST PROCESS:

  1. Notify us by email or phone within 48 hours* of receiving item.  You will be emailed a return Authorization # and Address.
  2. Once you have received our authorization, simply place the item in the original box and packaging in unused condition.  To receive a full refund, return of product must be received by 1020GlassArt within 7 days following the Refund Request Notice.
  3. If we error in the order, we will gladly exchange the item and you will be issued credit for the return postage.
  4. All non-damaged items returned to 1020 Glass Art will be shipped at the customer's expense.


*In the event that your Refund Request Notice is not received by 1020GlassArt within 48 hours of its original arrival date, a 20% percent restocking fee will be applied. In the event the return of product is not received within 7 days of the original Refund Request Notice response or without ALL original box, packing or like new condition 1020GlassArt may, at its sole discretion, impose  up to 50% restocking fee or deny refund due to customer related damage.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - 1020GlassArt wants you happy, as such we offer the above SIMPLE REFUND POLICY, however 1020GlassArt has no direct control over shipping services such as Federal Express, UPS, or USPS and does not guarantee your item to arrive by any estimated shipping date, only that we will promptly ship your item out to the requested address in the specified time frame.
