HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER - Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of receipt of all information and cleared. Dependant on where you're located, orders customarily arrive within 5-7 business days thereafter. *Special Orders - will customarily arrive within 8-15 business days i.e. Chandeliers, Wall Plates.
EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE AVAILABLE - Should you require express shipping; simply contact us via email or telephone and we will work closely with you to meet your needs. Free Shipping applies to Continental US Only. In the unlikely event your item is out of stock, you will be contacted with estimated backorder date, or you may select another item or if we don't have an item which meets your unique needs, we will gladly issue a complete refund.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY- Due to the delicate nature of each item and in effort to minimize potential damage during the shipping process, 1020GlassArt.com carefully and customarily packages each item in a gift box surrounded by filler (e.g. peanuts), which is then placed into another box. This "Double box" approach provides additional assurance your gift will arrive intact. Free Shipping applies to Continental US Only.
DAMAGE/MISSING CLAIM – All items are insured and tracked in shipping. If your item(s) arrive damaged, keep all packing materials for shipping carrier, contact 1020GlassArt within 10 days from receipt of delivery date either via email and/or telephone. We do require pictures of packaging and item(s) damaged for verification. If your item does not arrive from carrier, you must alert 1020GlassArt of no receipt. We will make every effort to locate and reclaim lost package. We will ship a replacement upon confirmation of reported information. If damaged/missing item is not able to be replaced, then similar item (your selection) will be shipped either issuing a refund or new invoice for cost difference.
RETURNS
REFUNDS & PROBLEMS - Our goal is your complete satisfaction, continued patronage, and recommendation to your friends is vital to us. Each item is inspected prior to shipping for chips, scratches and breaks and then carefully packed and shipped. 1020GlassArt provides SIMPLE REFUND POLICY should the item be damaged and in the event you not otherwise satisfied, we'll gladly and quickly provide you a refund, see below for details.
Please note, all orders are subject to product availability. In the event your item is momentarily unavailable, you’ll be quickly be notified and YOU decide if you would like to wait or receive a refund or 10% discount off a future order. We want you happy.
SIMPLE REFUND REQUEST PROCESS:
(1) Notify us by email or phone within 48 hours* of arrival of item is received of your desire to return the product. You will be emailed a return Authorization # and Address.
(2) Return of product – Simply return in the original box and packaging and of course in original unused condition. We recommend insuring the return item for your safety and note shipping costs are not refundable. To receive a full refund, return of product must be received by 1020GlassArt within 7 days following Refund Request Notice.
(3) If we error in the order, we will gladly exchange the item and you will be issued credit for the return postage.
(4) 1020GlassArt.com each item shall be inspected for chips, scratches, and breaks by both you and our employees at the time of purchase. However, due to the nature of our items being fragile, 1020GlassArt.com does not provide cash refunds or exchanges.
*In the event Refund Request Notice is not received by 1020GlassArt within 48 hours of its original arrival date, a 15% (fifteen) percent restocking fee will apply. In the event the return of product is not received within 7 days of the original Refund Request Notice response or without ALL original box, packing or like new condition 1020GlassArt may, at its sole discretion impose an up to 25% restocking fee or deny refund due to any damage.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - 1020GlassArt wants you happy, as such we offer the above SIMPLE REFUND POLICY, however 1020GlassArt has no direct control over shipping services such as Federal Express, UPS, or USPS and does not guarantee your item to arrive by any estimated shipping date only that we will promptly ship your item out to the requested address.
