1020 Glass Art Completes Purchase of Entire Remaining U.S. Inventory of Retired Artist Adam Jablonski

Renowned for his innovative, one-of-a-kind mastery of blown glass art, 74-year old polish artist Adam Jablonski has spent the majority of his life crafting beautiful, sophisticated works of art in a kiln he designed then built himself.  The owner of multiple design and process patents in his home country, Adam pioneered the technique of infusing metal thread into blown glass, encasing wire in thick, lustrous layers of brightly colored crystal of unique form and shape.  Adam Jablonski’s work has garnered critical acclaim from many world exhibition panels, as well as glass connoisseurs and private collectors from all over the world.

In 2009, this master of his own glass blowing school, the only artist from the former Eastern Block to be featured in the American Museum of Glass, decided to retire.

1020 Glass Art, home of the Texas Collection, is extremely proud to announce their exclusive acquisition of Adam Jablonski’s entire remaining United States inventory, featuring some of his rarest pieces, never to be produced again.  No one else in America can claim a larger collection of these true collector’s items, the majority bearing the signature of the master himself.

Beginning with the Texas Collection, 1020 Glass Art has always sought to provide low prices and fair everyday value for exquisite works of glass art.  1020 Glass Art’s commitment to customers has paid off, allowing them to nurture their business and acquire once-in-a-lifetime collections such as Adam Jablonski’s.  As part of their continued growth and success, 1020 Glass Art will be offering these limited, true collector’s items for sale online at 1020glassart.com as well as the brand new 1020 Glass Art & Décor storefront location centered in the heart of downtown Austin’s 2nd Street District.
