Shipping:

Shipping is always 100% FREE within the continental United States.  Rest assured that your chandelier will arrive on time and intact, as each stem is nested carefully in a styrofoam shipping container designed to ensure the safety of the glass.  We have been shipping glass across the country for 6 years and can be trusted with your shipment.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, though most orders will arrive in 2-3 weeks.  Priority/Express delivery available upon special request.  All packages insured against breakage.

Installation and Maintenance:

At 1.5 lbs per stem, it is important that your ceiling can support the weight of the chandelier.  The electrical installation is very similiar to putting in a ceiling fan and arranging the glass pieces is actually fun!  If you have ever prepared a bouquet of flowers, you can put together one of our chandeliers.  Every chandelier arrives with an easy-to-use installation guide and we are happy to walk you through the installation over the phone.  All of our employees have hands-on experience hanging these chandeliers and are a fantastic resource for hints and suggestions.  Maintenance is easy using condensed air for cleaning.  Bulbs are accessible through the top of the chandelier.

How to Customize Your Chandelier:

Over half of the glass art chandeliers we sell at 1020 Glass Art are customized in some way.  Simply call us at the store (512.474.1020) and let us know exactly what you want from your chandelier and we will make it happen!

Colors: Mix and match any of our 15 colors to truly make your chandelier a one-of-a-kind work of art.

Flush Mounting or Hanging Your Chandelier from High Ceilings: Want your chandelier as close to the ceiling as possible?  No problem.  All of our chandeliers can be flush mounted to the ceiling without any extra equipment or hassle.  For high ceilings, we can add extra-long cables for a nominal fee.  Standard cables are adjustable up to 80 inches and should work in most spaces.

Custom Dimensions: If you can dream it, we can build it.  1020 Glass Art can commission any size chandelier to fit the specifications of your home or work space.  With over 6 years of experience crafting custom proposals for both commercial and residential interiors, we can put together a chandelier that will leave you and your guests speechless for years to come.  Call one of our art consultants and we can put together a custom proposal with special dimensions and pricing just for you.

Extended Horns:  Introduce a bit of grandeur into your chandelier by adding extended horns to your custom design.  Each extended horn is roughly 20-30 inches in length and a mere $75.  Most customers prefer the "extended horn look" and will add 2-3 to the very bottom of their chandelier for a custom touch perfect for grand entryways, stairwells, and over large dining tables.  Reference the chart below to see how adding an extended horn will change the look of your glass art chandelier!
